April Stolte | Occupational Therapist
April graduated from Concordia University in 2012 with a master’s degree in occupational therapy and a bachelor’s degree in business. She is starting a graduate certificate program this fall at UW-Madison focused on infants, family, and child mental health to help her better serve the community. April has worked in various settings over the years including birth to three, outpatient, acute outpatient rehab, and school-based services. Through these experiences, she has grown as a therapist both in skills, sense of self, and the ability to assist families in achieving goals. April specializes in pediatrics, vision, executive functioning, and mental health. April takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to help the whole person; and is honored to be able to incorporate faith-grounded experiences at Trinity. Her goal is to become a resource for children, teachers, aids, and families within the Trinity community. April married in 2003, and together she and her husband Michael have three children. They love to travel and explore, camp (in a camper trailer), play games; and have family movie nights. They love beaches and kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming. April enjoys running and reading books, anything from fiction to textbooks.
