Current Students Re-enrolling for the 2021-2022 School Year
All Returning Families
The following checklist is offered to guide you through the re-enrollment steps needed to reserve a seat for your child(ren):
- Return signed CONSENT FORM
- one per family
- Complete SKYWARD REGISTRATION
- for each student
- see instructions below
- Return SCHOOL PHYSICAL FORM
- all students going into 5th and 7th grade
- Return updated STUDENT IMMUNIZATION FORM
- one per student
- Submit a non-refundable first initial payment of $200 with all registration forms or complete MPCP or WPCP online application.
- If the initial payment is paid on or before February 26th, 2021, a $100.00 early reservation tuition credit per family can be applied to the initial payment.
- Payment can be made via eFunds or by cash/check in the office. Trinity now accepts, cash, check, debit or credit
Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP) and Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP)
- Re-enrollment opens February 1, 2021. It is very important for current families to complete the online application for MPCP and WPCP in February to reserve seats.
- Ensure that your family meets the guidelines and income requirements (see table below)
- Complete the online Choice application process by visiting dpi.wi.gov/choice
- Provide supporting documentation directly to the school during the open application period:
- Families must provide documentation that they meet the residency requirement specific to the program each year (for example, WE Energies bill). Students must reside in the City of Milwaukee for MPCP. For WPCP students must reside in Wisconsin and outside the city of Milwaukee and the Racine Unified School District.

WPCP Open Application Period
February 1 – April 15
Skyward Online Registration
Online registration is available in Skyward for all current Trinity students. Here’s what you need to know:
- In the top left panel click on 2021-2022 Online Registration.
- Click on the child’s name (if you have more than one child enrolled at Trinity).
- Complete each step of the registration process by verifying or updating the information listed.
- Click on Complete Step “xx” Only at the bottom middle section of the screen.
- You may need to scroll down to see the Complete Step “xx” Only button.
- A green checkmark indicates the step was completed.
- Click on Next Step to move through the registration process.
- Click on Submit 2021-2022 Online Registration button at the bottom middle section of the screen.
Please note that changes or updates may require approval from the school office before updating our database. You will not be able to complete the registration process until the school office approves any requested changes.
Pay $200.00 First Initial Payment
